Requirements
- The class costs $475. This will cover a one year subscription for ICCU-CAE, an online ultrasound course. This is an excellent resource, and some of their material will be used during our classroom sessions. Once you enroll in the course, we will arrange for the CME funds transfer and will issue you a personal login name and a password. This is non-refundable.
- The course runs Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. It’s essential that you attend all sessions.
- You need to pass both a practical and written exam at the end of the course.
- To upkeep your skills, we ask that you submit images for your portfolio within 1 year of taking your class. CME credits are contingent upon completion of the portfolio.
- Teach one bedside session to medical students or interns. Each session will not exceed 2 hours.
- Present a case during our monthly POCUS conference within the academic year.
