Case Conference
We will be meeting throughout the year to share cases, discuss the evidence, learn from each other and, possibly, come up with some relevant and exciting clinical research topics. The conference is open to all interested, regardless of level of training or departmental affiliation.
Presenters, will be our Hospital Medicine faculty who has graduated from our 5-day POCUS course, IM fellows, and residents who completed POCUS elective. However, if you have an awesome case you want to share, do contact us!
Our intention is to create a POCUS community across multiple divisions and departments, in order to advance learning and practice of ultrasound at the bedside. We plan on having an internist, an intensivist, a cardiologist and a radiologist at each and every one of these conferences, as well faculty from other specialties on an as needed basis, depending on particular cases being presented. We are pleased to inform you that our colleges from the ER have been joining as well.
Each conference will cover 1-3 cases.
